Where to find the shipment status
Open the shipping-confirmation email from the original seller and use its carrier tracking link. The Blue Dream preview cannot retrieve an order number, address, payment, or shipment because it does not collect or store checkout information.
No confirmation email? Check the spam or promotions folder, confirm which storefront accepted the order, and contact that seller through the support method shown on the receipt.
