Refund and Return Policy

How refund, return, damage, and defect requests are routed when a purchase begins from the Blue Dream preview.

Effective date: July 10, 2026.

The Blue Dream preview does not collect payment or fulfill orders. Refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations, and charge questions are governed by the seller that accepted the transaction.

Before returning a product

Contact the original seller first and preserve the order confirmation, package, lot identifier, and photographs of damage or defect. Do not mail or dispose of a device until the seller provides instructions.

Condition and eligibility

Eligibility may depend on product condition, safety restrictions, jurisdiction, timing, and the seller’s published terms. Opened, used, consumable, or regulated products may be subject to limitations.

Damaged or defective items

Report visible shipping damage or an apparent defect promptly through the original seller. Stop using a damaged, leaking, overheating, or otherwise unsafe device and follow the seller’s handling instructions.

Refund timing

If a seller approves a refund, processing time and the return of funds to the original payment method are controlled by that seller and the payment provider.

Do not ship a battery device without instructions. Carrier and hazardous-material rules may apply.
