1. Shipping Policy

Blue Dream ships eligible hemp-derived products to customers in approved U.S. jurisdictions only. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and that the products ordered are legal to purchase, receive, and use in your state or local jurisdiction.

2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and verified. Orders are not processed on weekends or federal holidays.

Processing times may be delayed due to order volume, payment verification, age verification, compliance review, weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout where applicable. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Blue Dream is not responsible for carrier delays after an order has been shipped.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to jurisdictions where the sale or shipment of the ordered product is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if we determine that the product cannot legally be shipped to the destination address.

Customers are responsible for knowing and complying with their local laws before placing an order.

5. Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase products from Blue Dream. We may require age verification before processing or shipping an order.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Blue Dream is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be reshipped.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Blue Dream is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged package/product so we can review the issue.

8. Order Tracking

If tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after the order has shipped. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
